In 1979, when Hank Swanson started Swanson Building Materials, Inc., the Company was dedicated to delivery service of drywall (also called sheetrock or wallboard) materials for the Wasatch Front building market.   While the Company has diversified in the products it offers, it’s philosophy of drywall delivery service has been, as it was then, the driving force behind the company’s growth.

Our 30 years of experience, low overhead, and small administrative business structure allows us to provide drywall to our customers at the lowest possible price while dedicating ourselves to a business model and operating objective of being the best in customer service for drywall delivery in the Inter-Mountain region.   We specialize in delivery.  Our commitment to that objective is illustrated in our investment in the only boom truck in the Wasatch Front capable of reaching the ninth floor of a high-rise building.  Our delivery personnel are experienced in delivering by building, by floor, and; if necessary, by room.  We want to make your job as a drywall contractor easier.
